Miley Cyrus is out in Toluca Lake wearing a white sleeveless top and short shorts. Miley just loves going out in short shorts. Nothing wrong with that really, the girl has nice long legs and someday soon those legs are gonna be useful especially when she embarks on a more serious film career. Love this look on her, she looks like her age. Miley is definitely rocking the down-to-earth unassuming teenager look here, a little inappropriate for others maybe but hey she’s still Miley Cyrus, the star.
